Qualifications :

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service, and food & beverage standards.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
• Familiar with VHP System and POS systems
• Good understanding of food safety and HACCP standards.
• Well-groomed, professional, responsible, and customer-oriented.
