Mello Spa Seminyak Bali is a luxury spa located at the heart of Seminyak, Bali. We are currently seeking a hard working, passionate, driven and loyal candidate for General Manager & HR Staff position. 

Key Requirements for General Manager:

1. Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality management
• Proven experience managing a boutique or luxury spa environment
• Strong understanding of spa operations, treatments, and wellness services

2. Leadership & Management Skills

• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Experience in staff scheduling, performance management, and team development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

3. Operational Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of daily spa operations, including front desk, therapists, and service flow
• Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Experience with spa booking systems and POS software (Zenoti System)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

4. Sales & Business Development

• Proven track record in revenue growth and profitability
• Ability to create and execute marketing and promotional strategies
• Strong retail and upselling skills
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reports

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to handle VIP clients and resolve customer complaints professionally
• Strong attention to detail in maintaining service quality and ambiance

6. Industry Knowledge

• Up-to-date with trends in wellness, beauty, and spa treatments
• Understanding of hygiene, health, and safety standards
• Knowledge of local regulations and licensing requirements

• Professional appearance and demeanour
• High level of integrity and reliability
• Customer-focused mindset
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays

Key Requirements for HR Staff:

• Minimum have 1 year experience in the same position
• Good attitude, pleasant personality, well organized and hard working
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, PPh 21 calculation and tax reporting
• Strong knowledge in Manpower regulation
• Good communication in English
• Able to join immediately
