**SALES & MARKETING**  

Employment Type: Full-time  

Status: Daily Worker + Commission

**Requirements:**

- Male or female, with a minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Communicative, confident, and persuasive.

- Good selling and negotiation skills.

- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Excel.

- Own a smartphone and personal vehicle.

- Willing to conduct sales calls and sales visits.

- Proactive, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

**Responsibilities:**

- Promote and sell hotel rooms, wedding venues, and meeting rooms.

- Identify and contact potential customers.

- Conduct sales calls and follow up via WhatsApp.

- Handle customer inquiries and prepare proposals.

- Follow up on proposals and close sales.

- Update the customer database and sales activity reports.
