Madhava Asia is a premier property sales & marketing management company specializing in middle to high-end accommodations. We manage short- and long-term rentals, including hotels, villas, glamping sites, and various other stays across Bali. Our expertise ensures exceptional service, optimized occupancy, and maximum returns for property owners.
Job Description
• Identify new properties (hotels, villas, guest house, glamping etc) that meet Madhava Asia standards in terms of location, pricing, infrastructure quality, owner willingness etc. and pitch Madhava Asia’s partnership proposal.
• Strengthen relationship with existing hotel partners & other relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee contract negotiations to secure beneficial agreements with hotel partners.
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, and operations) to optimize business performance.
• Monitor KPIs and business metrics to assess performance and implement improvements.
Requirements
• Proven experience in team management and leadership.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 2 years of high quality experience in a sales , ecommerce, revenue / business development role within the hotel industry.
