About The Role:

Creates visually appealing designs to promote the club's amenities, events, and brand. Develops graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, print materials, and signage. Collaboration with marketing teams ensures designs align with brand identity and messaging. Also contributes to the creation of marketing campaigns and advertisements. Strong proficiency in graphic design software and a keen eye for aesthetics are essential. Overall, graphic designers play a vital role in enhancing the visual representation of the beach club and attracting guests. Defines requirements, visualizes, and creates logos, illustrations, and layouts.

Core Work Activities:

• Designing web pages, brochures, logos, billboards, menus, advertisements, promotional content, social media content, and other marketing collaterals.
• Creating content materials by hand or using specialized gadgets supported by design software.
• Collaborating with marketing teams and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with the beach club's brand identity and messaging.
• Generating original ideas and concepts while also being open to feedback and revisions from clients and team members.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously and adhering to deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
• Keeping up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies, and continuously seeking opportunities for skill development and improvement.
• Reviewing final designs to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications before production or publication.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is essential for creating engaging graphics.
• Strong attention to detail, coupled with the ability to learn quickly and achieve set goals.
• Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong creative thinking skills to generate innovative design concepts.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
