KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and update property listings across online travel agency (OTA) channels.
• Handle guest inquiries, reservation bookings, and pre-arrival communications promptly.
• Assist in driving occupancy rates and implementing revenue management strategies.
• Monitor market trends and maintain rate accuracy across sales platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with relevant vocational training/experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic English (written and spoken) and fluent Bahasa Indonesia.
• High attention to detail and a passion for hospitality standards.
• Maximum age : 40 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and local mobility across Uluwatu/Ungasan area.
