As a Reservation Officer, you will be responsible for managing the entire booking process from initial inquiry to guest check-in, ensuring accuracy, maximizing revenue opportunities, and delivering exceptional guest service. You will maintain strong and professional communication with guests and internal departments to ensure a seamless and efficient reservation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reservation Management

Manage the full reservation process from initial inquiry to guest check-in across all distribution channels in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain accurate booking records in the system to ensure data integrity and proper inventory control.

Identify upselling opportunities to increase total booking revenue.

Coordinate all necessary details with the Operations teams to ensure smooth arrival arrangements.

• Guest Communication

Provide clear, prompt, and personalized communication with guests throughout the booking journey.

Maintain proactive pre-arrival communication to ensure all arrangements are confirmed and the check-in experience is smooth.

• System & Administration

Prepare and maintain accurate reservation data and reports to support management decisions and revenue optimization.

Reconcile OTA bookings regularly to ensure booking accuracy and prevent discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Reservations, preferably in luxury villas, boutique hotels, or high-end hospitality.
• Proficient in Property Management Systems (such as VHP, GuestPro) and familiar with OTA extranets.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple bookings simultaneously with strong accuracy.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to take initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
