We started operations in 1993 at the current beachside location in Petitenget, Bali, adjacent to Petitenget Temple (one of the 6 most important Balinese “Directional” Temples).

Main Qualifications:

• Indonesian nationality

• Minimum age 35 – 40 yo’

• Previous leadership experience in quality establishments 

• Strong communication skills, leading by example

• Able to train and share knowledge

• Excellent English is a must

• Detailed guest service, experience minimum 3 years in a leadership position

• International wine and beverage knowledge is a plus.
