Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily Front Office operations including reception, guest services, concierge, and night audit.
Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and professional service throughout their stay.
Manage, train, and motivate the Front Office team to maintain high standards of performance and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor room inventory, rates, and revenue opportunities.
Prepare and manage department budgets, reports, and schedules.
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Front Office leadership role, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel/resort environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or similar).
Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
A people-oriented leader with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Professional appearance and attitude, with a passion for hospitality.
