1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
2. Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service with a positive and professional attitude.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
4. Well-groomed, highly motivated, and committed to maintaining high service standards.
5. Adaptable, proactive, and able to perform in a dynamic working environment.
6. Experience in a pre-opening hotel or resort project will be considered a strong advantage.
