KERJIM UMA VILLAS is a traditional wooden-style villa property in Gianyar, Bali, featuring 10 private-pool villas and 1 restaurant. We are currently in the pre-opening stage and looking for a professional, friendly, and service-oriented individual to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Welcome guests and provide information about villa facilities and services.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Assist with reservations and coordinate with other departments.
• Drive guests for airport transfers or other transportation needs as assigned.
• Assist with luggage and other guest services when required.
• Maintain accurate guest records and Front Office documentation.
• Ensure excellent guest service throughout the guest's stay.

Requirements:

• Male, with a pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Previous experience in Front Office or hotel operations is preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Able to drive a car and hold a valid SIM A.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Honest, responsible, flexible, and guest-oriented.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Available to join during the pre-opening period.
