The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with a passion for European culinary excellence and the operational grit to build a dining experience from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-opening Leadership: Drive the initial setup, including staff recruitment, training, and the implementation of operational workflows.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring a systematic approach to service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a brand-new team to maintain a high-performance culture.
• Administrative Management: Utilize MS Excel and Word for reporting, scheduling, inventory tracking, and cost control.
• Guest Relations: Act as the face of the restaurant, utilizing exceptional speaking skills and self-confidence to engage with patrons and handle feedback gracefully.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Culinary Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Italian or European cuisine and dining etiquette.
• Professional Image: Must maintain a polished, well-groomed appearance and a professional demeanor at all times.
• Active Lifestyle: A sporty and energetic personality to thrive in the fast-paced, high-energy environment of a new opening.
• Systematic Thinker: Highly organized with a proven ability to implement and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership presence, high level of responsibility, and the ability to communicate fluently in English.
• Technical Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and POS systems.
