Assistant Director of Operation

General Requirements:

• Demonstrates strong leadership with the ability to manage teams across multiple properties
• Possesses excellent problem-solving and sound decision-making capabilities
• Highly skilled in operational planning and effective execution
• In-depth knowledge of operational SOPs, service standards, and compliance requirements
• Strong understanding of hotel KPIs, budgeting, and overall financial performance
• Capable of analyzing reports and implementing strategies to improve performance
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial or multi-property role
• Willing to be placed in Ubud with high mobility
