Island Escape Villas is currently seeking a professional and experienced Supervisor to join our team.

Requirements:

• Male/Female (all genders are welcome)
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in similar position (villa/hotel preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication skills in English
• Well-groomed, polite, and service-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Willing to work on shifts

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily villa operations to ensure smooth service
• Lead and manage staff to maintain high performance standards
• Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest complaints professionally
• Coordinate with other departments for operational efficiency
• Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and overall villa presentation
• Prepare reports and assist management with operational planning
• Train and guide team members when needed
