THE ROLE

As a Night Receptionist / Night Auditor, you will play an essential role in maintaining smooth overnight operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and handling key administrative tasks. This is a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment, has an eye for detail, and enjoys connecting with guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome and assist guests with late-night check-ins, inquiries, or requests to ensure a flawless experience.

Perform nightly audits to reconcile accounts, process invoices, and prepare end-of-day financial reports.

Ensure accurate updates to reservations and guest records.

Maintain property security by conducting regular checks and addressing any safety concerns.

Collaborate with the morning team to ensure a seamless handover and continuity of service.

QUALIFICATIONS

A minimum of one year of experience in a hospitality or administrative role, preferably within the luxury hotel industry.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.

Proficiency in basic accounting or hotel management systems.

Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

A warm, approachable personality with a genuine passion for guest service.
