Hotel Engineering Supervisor:

Key responsibilities:

Perform regular maintenance and repair tasks on resort facilities, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, pools, and general infrastructure.

Assist in troubleshooting technical issues to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Lead the engineering team in larger projects, contributing ideas and innovative solutions.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in an engineering/maintenance role, preferably in the hospitality or facilities management industry.

Educational background in engineering (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).

Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool systems.

Strong problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Good communication skills in English.
