We are seeking a talented Marketing & Sales Coordinator/Executive with a minimum of 3 years experience in this position in a 4 or 5 star hotel, to join our family-owned boutique luxury villa resort in Bali, a proud member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World.

ABOUT US:

Our resort, located in the hills of Uluwatu, a new up and coming go-to destination of Bali, featuring 14 exclusive villas and 22 luxurious rooms, offering guests a unique sanctuary of design, personalized service and relaxation. Our on-site restaurant and wine lounge Hidden Gem presents California and Asian fusion inspired farm-to-table cuisine, complemented by a selection of over 40 wines by the glass. With a brand-new spa set to open in August, we continue to enhance our guests' experiences with contemporary luxury and elevated service.

THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Coordinator or Executive who is innovative, results-driven, and has a flair for luxury products and services. This role is essential in driving our brand forward and enhancing our market presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the resort, its restaurant, wine lounge, and spa.

- Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content to increase brand awareness and engagement.

- Coordinate sales initiatives and promotional activities to attract new guests and retain loyal customers.

- Work closely with the owner, resort manager to ensure marketing efforts align with the overall brand vision.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

- Maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other key partners.

- Manage our Online Travel Agents

- Organize and participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the resort.

- Coordinate and oversee photography and videography shoots, ensuring high-quality content.

- Edit photos and create visually appealing presentations using tools
