Are you a passionate cook with experience in a hip, semi-fine dining or fine dining restaurant? We are looking for a skilled cook to join our team at Hidden Hills Villas, a family-owned boutique luxury villa resort in Uluwatu, Bali. Our resort is a proud member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, affiliated with Hilton.

ABOUT US:

Located in beautiful Bali, our resort features 14 exclusive villas with 22 luxurious rooms. Our on-site restaurant, Hidden Gem, offers California farm-to-table cuisine. We’re also excited to open our brand-new Hidden Gem Spa this October.

Our resort was founded by entrepreneur, hotelier and entertainer Max Loong, who is also a certified sommelier. We are proud of our close-knit team, dedicated to providing outstanding service and unforgettable experiences.

THE ROLE:

We are looking for a cook who is passionate about creating delicious, high-quality dishes. This role involves preparing meals, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen, and contributing to a great dining experience for our guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and cook meals according to the restaurant’s menu and standards.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following health and safety guidelines.

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

Assist in menu planning and suggest new dishes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 2 years of cooking experience.

Minimum of 1 year experience in Western cuisine

Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.

Commitment to high standards of food preparation and presentation.

Conversational English required and willingness to improve their English.
