Gorgonzola Restaurant is looking for a professional and passionate Waitress to join our team ASAP. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Italian restaurant in Jimbaran.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Present menus and explain menu items confidently, including specials and recommendations.
• Answer any guest questions about ingredients or food preparation.
• Take accurate orders, confirming allergy restrictions and guest preferences.
• Prepare drinks according to standard recipes and presentation.
• Serve food and beverages professionally, in the correct order and timing.
• Check back after serving to ensure guest satisfaction; upsell when appropriate.
• Present the bill when requested and handle payments correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• English fluency is a must – both spoken and basic written.
• Professional grooming and presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of standard F&B service sequences and etiquette.
• Team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
