KEY RESPONSIBILITY

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQ, project budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Monitor project costs and identify potential budget overruns.
• Prepare tender documents and evaluate vendor/contractor quotations.
• Support vendor and contractor selection and commercial negotiations.
• Review contracts, variations, claims, and contractor progress payments.
• Conduct site measurements and prepare interim/final valuations.
• Prepare regular cost reports and final project accounts.
• Provide value engineering and cost-saving recommendations.
• Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and site teams.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in construction, hospitality, or property development.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, cost estimation, tendering, contracts, and cost control.
• Able to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant QS/project software.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
