- Achieve sales and revenue targets while identifying new business opportunities and growth strategies.
- Build relationships with premium clients, investors, property buyers, and strategic partners.
- Lead sales negotiations, manage deal closures, and ensure excellent client experience.
- Supervise the sales team, monitor performance, set targets, and support team development.
- Manage sales pipelines, CRM records, reports, forecasts, and compliance with company procedures.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to improve sales strategies and performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations to support sales activities and transactions.
- Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the Director of Sales or Management.
