Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall revenue strategy and performance
• Own forecasting accuracy and revenue planning
• Develop pricing, distribution, and channel strategies
• Drive revenue growth and profitability across properties
• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking
• Lead and mentor revenue and e-commerce teams
• Report directly to executive leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
• 7–10+ years in revenue management
• Minimum 3+ years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth
• Strong experience with PMS, CRS, RMS, BI tools
• Exceptional leadership and strategic decision-making skills
