Key Responsibilities

•  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

 • Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and financial standards

 • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning

 • Supervise accounting team and internal controls

 • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors

 • Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions

Qualifications

 • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

 • Minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership

 • Strong knowledge of financial reporting (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)

 • Solid understanding of Indonesian taxation (PPH, PB1, Final Tax, LKPM)

 • Experience with ERP systems (Accurate, Xero, or similar)

 • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

 • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
