We are seeking an experienced, hands-on, and service-oriented Villa Manager to lead the daily operations of our luxury villa in Bali. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a pre-opening hospitality project, where you will play a key role in setting up operational standards, building a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences from day one.

General Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality
• Strong communication skills with the ability to assist guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Positive attitude, and professional appearance.
• Able to work as a team and ability to work under pressure.
• Able to join immediately.
