A multi-company in Badung, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Project Manager (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple construction sites
• Ensure contractors are meeting agreed timelines, budgets and quality of work
• Ensure the workers do the tasks and ensure the project goes smoothly
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Develop a detailed project plan to track the progress
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements:

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
• Solid technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Strong task and time management abilities
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
