We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Engineering Daily Worker.

As an Engineering Daily Worker, you will support the Engineering Team in various maintenance and repair activities throughout the property, including:

Assist Engineering Staff with daily maintenance and repair tasks.

Support maintenance and repair work in villa rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and other operational areas.

Assist with specific engineering projects, renovation, installation, and improvement works.

Support basic electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, civil, and general maintenance tasks according to your skills and experience.

Prepare tools, equipment, and materials required for maintenance work.

Assist Engineering Staff in checking and identifying maintenance issues and report any problems found.

Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and properly maintained.

Follow instructions from the Engineering Staff/Supervisor and comply with company safety procedures.

Assist the Engineering Team with other tasks as required by daily operational needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Minimum education of Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent; Diploma is an advantage.

Educational background related to Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building/Civil Engineering, HVAC/Refrigeration, or other relevant technical fields is an advantage.

Previous experience in Engineering, Maintenance, or Hospitality is an advantage but not required.

Have a strong interest in Engineering, Maintenance, and hands-on technical work.

Willing to learn and able to follow instructions properly.

Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Hardworking, disciplined, responsible, and physically fit.

Basic knowledge of hand tools and maintenance work is an advantage.

Good attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to safety.

Available to join immediately or as soon as possible.

Willing to work as a Daily Worker according to operational requirements.
