General Requirements:

• Good personality, positive attitude and able to work in teams or individually
• Great interpersonal communication and excellent command of English spoken and written
• Proven experience in managing a dynamic team
• Sound understanding of restaurant financial reports, including budgeting
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Proven track record of managing multi-unit operations or large-scale food service establishments
• Possess sharp observational and analytical skills
• Experienced in hotel restaurants and stand-alone restaurants
• Familiar with Bali's culinary scene
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position (FBM) or at least 5 years in Senior Manager position (DOFB)
• Willing to be placed in Ubud with highly mobility
