1. Commis Sushi

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge and interest in sushi preparation techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior chefs
• Able to join immediately

2. Steward

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to follow instructions and learn new tasks
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations and equipment.
• Able to join immediately

3. Hostess

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Customer-focused attitude with a pleasant personality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Able to join immediately

4. Jr Sous Chef

Qualifications:

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a line cook or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Ability to manage and train kitchen staff effectively.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Passion for food and culinary creativity.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
