Requirement :

• Experienced minimum is 3 year at the same position (1 – 13)
• Fluent in English (1 – 13)
• Able to read and comprehend blue prints, site plans, and topographical drawings (1)
• Familiar with construction/development standards and practices (1)
• Has experience handle big project (2)
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations (4)
• Has experience in real estate sales and investments (6, 9)
• Able to do WordPress fronted and backend development, including WooCommerce, Web Server management, Website performance, Skilled with custom js/css/html, Google Analytics setup (11, 12)
• Experience with git/bitbucket and a CI/CD environment (11, 12)
• Experience with Website Design, After Effects and good drawing skill (13)
• Able join immediately (1 – 13)
