Requirement :

• Excellent communication skills and corespondence in English (1 – 8)
• Relevant education background with the position (1 – 8)
• Able to work in part of team & independent and able to work under pressure (1 – 8)
• Experienced minimum is 3 year at the same position (1 – 8)
• Fluent in English (1 – 8)
• Proven experience in project management and/or sales support (1)
• Familiar with the marine engineering or have experience in civil engineering or oil and gas sector (1)
• Has experience in real estate sales and investments (2)
• Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth (4)
• Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures (4)
• Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance) (4, 5)
• Familiar with all the main designers tools, a working knowledge of desktop design software, such as Illustrator, motion graphic, InDesign or QuarkXPress, and image-editing packages such as Photoshop (7, 8)
• Has video editing skills with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, etc. (8)
