SENIOR COOK / CDP
• A culinary all-rounder with strong organizational skills
• Support Head Chef in leading a small team
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils and equipment
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Experience in the same position minimum 1 years
• Passion for good food, local ingredients and a quality customer experience
COMMIS (DW)
• Previous experience in similar role
• Able to work independently, as part of a small team
• Follow standard recipes and portion sizes accurately
• Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness of the work area
